Regarding announcement of ice campaign on the port due to continuous air/water temperature lowering and active ice formation at Bugskiy-Dneprovskiy region, as per rules of vsls sailing in ice conditions, adopted by order of Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine #14/12.03.2011 and registered by Ministry of justice of Ukraine 04.04.2011 #447/19185, from 0000 lt on 06/01/2017 I am ordering to start ice campaign at Nikolaev sea port area.
